Returns

We believe every customer will be thrilled with their My Pup's Remedy order but we know sometimes things don't work out. For that reason, if you'd like to return your order, please submit your request in the form provided and someone with Customer Support will be in touch.

All approved returns must be in their original packaging with their original packing slip. For any return request due to allergy or reaction to the product, an opened package will be approved. However, we do ask that your provide a statement explaining your return request. Approved returns will be credited your original form of payment. Credits appear on your bank statement within 3-7 days of processing depending on your banking institution.
